Covid - 19 Policy
Since receiving the long awaited news that we could re-open after an extended period of enforced closure due to Covid-19, we have made a number of changes to our play centre to protect our customers and staff:
-
Reduced capacity to allow for social distancing
-
Slight adjustments to our already vigorous cleaning schedule
-
Weekly treatment of the play equipment of an anti-viral solution.
-
Limited play sessions to allow for sanitising of equipment between busy sessions.
-
All of our customers are asked to have temperature checked before entry using a handheld digital thermometer – anyone with a temperature of above 38 degrees will be refused admission to the play centre and advised to seek medical attention.
-
All customers over 11 years are required to wear mask when entering and whilst moving around the play centre – this includes whilst on the play frame.
-
All customers are required to use hand sanitiser before entry and giving advice on good hand hygiene.
-
All customers are required to provide their contact details for track and trace purposes – these are stored for a minimum period of 14 days.
-
A full Covid safe risk assessment is in place and is reviewed every 14 days.
-
A procedure is in place should a member of staff or customer test positive for Covid -19.
If you have any further questions please feel free to ask.
